General Terms and Conditions and General Austrian Forwarding Conditions
We work exclusively on the basis of the Austrian Freight Forwarders’ Standard Terms and Conditions (AÖSp). The latest version of these as well as the respective general transport, handling, storage and bill of lading conditions of the shipping companies/carriers represented or commissioned by us and the respective port conditions are of course used. Our invoices are due promptly and payable without any deductions. If the delivery date is exceeded, interest on arrears will be charged in accordance with the forwarding tariff. Payable and actionable in Linz. Payments are first credited to freight and expenses and finally to customs duties. Complaints will only be considered if they are made immediately. In the case of invoices with customs duties or EU VAT, the information on legal remedies on the customs invoice or notice applies.
